A few of my classmates were cautioned by police for posting Memes during the same time. One guy was suspended for sticking the printed Memes on the lockers. I didn't know that defamation was a crime in Canada. Those laws are archaic and are undemocratic.

As a teacher currently assigned to MCI I along with a few others do agree that there is an ongoing problem with Vivian but find no avenue for dealing with those issues for the time being. Blame the pandemic but really there are too many other facets that need to be addressed. The most likely solution is for Vivian to resign and quietly go into retirement. Needless to say the other Administrators are not prepared to rock the boat.
